Software for people who actually sell travel
Under2 has been building the systems Vietnamese travel businesses run on since 2016 — booking platforms, websites, payment and channel integrations. Not a template shop, and not a general software house that happens to have a travel client.
The problem we keep being called about
A tour company sells well. The phone rings, the inbox fills, agents send lists of requests. Then two people sell the same seat on the same boat for the same Saturday, and someone spends a morning apologising in two languages.
Underneath almost every operational fire in a travel business is the same fact: availability, price and the sales channel are three separate pieces of paper. Nothing reconciles them until a human notices something is wrong.
That is the problem Under2 works on. Everything on this site — the platforms, the builds, the integrations — exists to make one number the true one, and make every channel read from it.
The first conversation is not about design. It is about which system holds the truth today, who edits it, and what happens at 9pm on a Saturday when a booking arrives and the office is closed.
Three ways to work with us
Some businesses need a platform to run on from Monday. Some need something built that does not exist yet. Most need a bit of both, in that order.
Use a platform
izBooking runs booking, availability and payment under your own brand. It already serves over a thousand merchant sites.
Have it built
A travel website, a mobile app, a Bokun or channel-manager integration, a payment gateway that actually clears international cards.
Move demand
TourAuct puts unsold capacity in front of buyers through auctions instead of discount codes that never come off again.
What we are good at, in the order it matters
Booking logic, not just booking screens
Anyone can draw a calendar. The hard part is what happens when a cabin is held for fifteen minutes, an agent cancels, a channel manager pushes a stale price, and a credit card authorisation fails halfway through. That behaviour is the product.
Integration with what you already pay for
Most operators we meet already have Bokun, or a channel manager, or a supplier feed they cannot leave. We connect to it rather than asking you to abandon it. Our team has been working inside Bokun for years, on our own inbound business first.
Sites that get found, not just sites that look finished
We build destination and operator sites as static, self-contained pages with structured data, real content and no third-party scripts to slow them down. A page that loads in under a second on a phone in Europe is a commercial asset.
Working in the industry, not next to it
Under2 runs travel brands of its own — an inbound DMC, a free walking tour operation, destination sites. Every system we sell is used by a business that has to answer a real guest. That is why the edge cases in our software are the edge cases you actually hit.
Where operators usually start
| If this is your situation | Start here |
|---|---|
| You take bookings by email and a spreadsheet | izBooking |
| You have Bokun but your website does not use it properly | Booking integration |
| You cannot take an international card payment | Payment gateway |
| Your site is beautiful and gets no traffic | Travel websites |
| You have unsold departures every week | TourAuct |
| You are not sure what is broken | How we work |
What we do not do
Saying this early saves everyone a meeting.
- We do not build outside travel. A restaurant booking system is someone else's job.
- We do not take design-only projects. If nothing operational changes behind the screen, the screen will not fix the business.
- We do not sell tours in competition with the operators running on our platform.
- We do not promise a live payment integration in under two weeks. Bank and gateway approvals are not something a developer can hurry.
The company
Under2 Company Limited was registered in Hanoi in December 2016 — business registration 0107665342, issued on 14/12/2016 — and has been building for the travel industry ever since. The team is small and works alongside outside development partners on individual builds.
The full history, including the years when Under2 was a tour operator rather than a technology company, is on the about page.
Tell us what is breaking
A short description of what you sell and what you use today is enough for a written answer with an approach and a price range.
What travel operators ask us most
Do you only work with Vietnamese companies?
No. Most of our clients operate in Vietnam and the wider Mekong region, but the platforms and the builds are used by operators selling to Europe, North America and Australia, and the interfaces are multilingual.
Contracts and invoicing are handled from Hanoi in USD or VND.
Can we keep our existing website and only change the booking system?
Usually yes, and it is often the cheapest useful step. A booking engine can be connected into an existing site without a rebuild, as long as the site can be edited at the template level.
If the site is on a locked platform that does not allow that, we will say so rather than sell you a workaround that breaks at the next update.
Do you take a commission on bookings?
For platform products the commercial model is a subscription plus payment processing costs, not a cut of every booking. Project work is quoted as a fixed scope with a maintenance option.
Anything unusual is written into the quotation before work starts.
How long does a first project usually take?
A website with a booking engine connected is typically four to eight weeks from signed scope to live, assuming content and images exist.
Anything that involves a payment gateway or a bank depends on approval times outside our control, which is why we plan those in parallel from day one.
